Racket Ratings

For Singapore clubs and tournament organisers

Tournament software, from entries to final standings

Use Racket Ratings to organise racket sport competitions with registration, draws, scheduling and live scoring. Keep players and spectators on the same event page while you manage the event.

One workflow for the people running the event

1. Set up the competition

Choose the sport, format, dates and venue. Use separate categories in a multi-event tournament when you need more than one draw. Publish clear eligibility and entry conditions.

2. Manage entries

Share the registration page, review participants and monitor capacity. Confirm public or private visibility before distributing an event link.

3. Review draws and schedules

Generate and inspect fixtures, review seeds and byes, and schedule playing areas and times. Check rest periods and players entered in multiple categories.

4. Score and publish results

Use authorised live scorers or result entry, follow standings and resolve disputed scores. Review the completed event before applying its rating settings and closing it.

Choose a format around your players and time

Round robin suits groups that want several matches each. Knockout reduces the number of matches needed to find a winner. Groups followed by knockout combine group play with a final bracket. The builder also offers other formats; availability depends on the sport and category.

Do not assume every sport supports the same team formats or scoring rules. Start in the relevant sport section and inspect the selected settings before opening registration.

A practical checklist for a Singapore event

  1. Confirm the venue booking and available playing time before advertising entries.
  2. Publish local start times, arrival instructions, categories and participant limits.
  3. Name an organiser who can answer questions, check eligibility and resolve disputes.
  4. Tell players their results count toward ratings, and whether the event awards verified ranking points.
  5. Test the scoring workflow and share the event link with scorers and participants.

What the software does—and what it does not

The platform helps manage competition information and results. It does not book a venue, supply officials or equipment, or operate the physical event on your behalf. Organisers remain responsible for safety, eligibility, fees and refund arrangements.

Check payment arrangements separately: recording an entry-fee amount does not by itself enable online collection. Ratings also depend on event settings and eligible results; an event listing is not a promise of global-rating changes or ranking points.

We do not claim federation approval, guaranteed turnout or a particular finishing time. Use the draw and scheduling tools to support the rules and responsibilities you have agreed with players.

Organiser questions

Can I run more than one category?

Yes. A multi-event tournament groups categories under one event. Review the category settings and schedules, particularly when someone enters more than one category.

Are all events automatically seeded by rating?

No universal automatic-seeding rule applies to every format. Inspect the draw, seeds, byes and available controls before starting the competition.

Can spectators follow without an organiser account?

Public event pages let spectators follow published fixtures, scores and standings. Private events and management controls remain subject to access permissions.

Does a tournament automatically become a ranking event?

No. Ranking points require eligibility and administrator verification. Skill ratings are separate and follow the event’s rating mode and result processing.Read the verification FAQ.
